I started my journey off as an "edutainer" in Taipei. From there I moved to Austin, received my certification and went back to school to get a masters. 

My partner and I moved to Belgrade, Serbia for two years. Not Siberia, everyone always ask if it was cold. This was my first foray into International Teaching and the IB program, but not my last. We returned stateside so that my parter could pursue her career goals. 

I found a job teaching upper elementary IB PYP for six years at a local charter school, until I decided to try something new in IB Middle School Design. For the uninitiated, think project-based learning with content from all of the other core classes.
